Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is not an order confirmation. Your order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email that your order has shipped.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is processed at the time of order. If your payment method fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Shipping

We ship globally except to Asia and some remote areas. Shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 days after shipment

Order processing takes 1-2 business days before shipment. International customers may be subject to customs fees, which are not covered by Folkmanis Toys Shop.

Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request to change or cancel your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after this period as we process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
• You must contact us within 15 days of delivery to initiate the return process

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Finger Puppets

Additionally, items damaged by customer misuse or not in original condition are ineligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
3. Repackage the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
4. Include a copy of your order confirmation

6. Use a trackable shipping service—you’re responsible until it reaches us

Refunds

Upon approval of your return:

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the return
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label.
