Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) to bring our magical products right to your doorstep. Here’s how we handle your order:

  • Order Processing Time: We take 1-2 business days to process your order with care before shipping.
  • Shipping Methods & Times:
    • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx for $12.95. Delivery within 10-15 days after shipment.
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 days after shipment.

Note: International customers may be subject to customs fees, which are not covered by Folkmanis Toys Shop.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the product. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Finger Puppets

Additionally, items damaged by customer misuse or not in original condition are ineligible.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  2. Pack the Item Securely: Repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

    Use a trackable service—you’re responsible until it reaches us. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  4. Wait for Processing: We’ll inspect your return and process it within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once done.

Refund Timeline and Method

Upon approval:

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the return.
  • Method: Refunded via the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Your bank may take additional time to post it.

For exchanges, we ship the new item after processing the return. Standard or free shipping charges apply to the new shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label.
